Papua New Guinea's most important agricultural crop, which directly or indirectly providing the major source of income for a third of the country’s population.
In recent years, the Farmers have been able to achieve their Organic certification. This coffee is the product of this initiative, which also provides extensive work on HIV/AIDS prevention, financial management, gender equality awareness, coffee husbandry and certification standards and procedures.
This exotic coffee comes form the Korofeigu Region. Legend has it this Organic and Arabica Coffee is of the Blue Mountain variety. This coffee is full bodied and floral with tropical syrupy notes.
We taste: Chocolate, Papaya and Fresh Apple.
